Hi! That was a fabulous looking coverage of the event. Even if fashion isn't so great, bleh, that's why we have Gossip Girl. Overall, though, the show reminds me of Saved By the Bell, only, hopefully, sans the cheesiness & inability to keep the storylines straight that SBB had. I'm not sure about everyone else, but it was Naoimi's sweet sixteen party they went to, AND Annie's mom talks about her being 15. The thing that throws me off is the fact that Annie is only a sophomore (as is Naoimi). they never actually show it its the one her dad holds up and says its less revealing). (btw the dress Annie's wearing, isn't the expensive one. Hmmm, I actually liked this new show, but I am in high school, soo. I hope it gets better- Summer looked ridiculous the first season, and then she blossomed once the show had more money to spend on her clothing and makeup! (i'm also obsessed with the o.c.) 5:03 AM S.Elisabeth said. i was very unimpressed, except for Silver, who I will watch out for. I totally agree with you about the fashion. And yes, they need to step up the clothes!!! 3:48 AM elysia mann said. I mean looking back at 90210's original cast, they were at least 25 years old at the time, even if the issues were things high school kids encountered. I'm not sure if it is good or bad that that everything about the show seemed truly high schoolish - but that's definitely what feels weird. I wasn't particularly impressed with the wardrobe, but I remember not being greatly impressed by the outfits on the first few episodes of The OC either. I never planned to watch it so im not that dissapointed. Meh! The wardrobe is so not inspiring at all. If you gave me that budget, I could have had these kids looking AMAZING with a simple stop at Forever XXI. They apparently went for a very realistic approach, but you know what, we don't need realistic. 12:26 AM Anonymous said.ĭuring all the hype about this show, all I kept saying to myself was "This Stylist/Costume Designer better BRING IT!" And whomever he/she was has dropped the ball.
#90210 show zip
The "90210" in the title refers to one of the city's postal ZIP codes. The show was created by Darren Star and produced by Aaron Spelling and Spelling Television. The show followed the lives of a group of teenagers living in the upscale, star-studded community of Beverly Hills, California and attending the fictitious West Beverly Hills High School and, subsequently, the fictitious California University.

i hate tv and anything aimed at young people. the characters are dressed like they had someone dress them. Hopefully, it provides a little more clarity.Well from the pictures, the school looks like a big and obvious set. Since we barely catch glimpses of the remake they’re making in BH90210, it’s safe to say 90210 is still canon.īH90210 premieres on August 7 at 9 p.m.

What does this mean for 90210, the 2008 show? In its six episodes, BH90210 will only offer short looks at the cast as the original characters. So, is there going to be an actual reboot?

And if they do decide to do a reboot (okay, Shannen Doherty can’t keep a secret and revealed on Good Morning America that they do), the show will follow that process, too.

Maybe? It’s Tori Spelling’s job to convince the rest of the cast to do a reboot. Specifically, they’re gonna make a reboot of Beverly Hills, 90210. But this time, instead of the common goal of “blowing off school” - or in Beverly Hills, 90210’s case, “becoming teen heartthrobs” - they’re hanging out so they can try making a TV show together. Think of it as a high school reunion: A bunch of people who hung out together when they were young are hanging out again. “He’s with us in our hearts all the time, so it’s kind of like he’s here.” “We have honored him and dealt with it in really respectful ways,” Jennie Garth told TVLine. BH90210 will pay tribute to Perry in other ways, too. But Shannen Doherty, who originally wasn’t going to be part of the reboot, changed her mind after Perry’s death, telling TV Line she did it “to honor Luke.” Doherty will also guest star on Riverdale’s tribute episode airing October 19. Perry, who played Dylan McKay for eight seasons and more recently starred in Riverdale, didn’t sign on for the new reboot and died from a stroke in March at age 52. It’s a reality show, except entirely scripted. It’s like the Kardashians of the Keeping Up with the Kardashians Christmas episode versus the regular Keeping Up with the Kardashians Kardashians. Brian Austin Green and Jason Priestly even have fictional wives played by La La Anthony and Vanessa Lachey, respectively. Or, as Shannen Doherty calls it “a revival set in a reboot.” Instead of playing Brenda, Brandon, Kelly, and so forth, the actors will be playing dramatized versions of themselves. Shannen Doherty, Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Tori Spelling, Brian Austin Green, Ian Ziering, and Gabrielle Carteris are all returning to make the reboot.
